Parisian

French women parading on the streets, looking effortlessly chic. As if they just threw something on that morning. How do they do it?
All time classics, mixing key pieces (read: the more expensive items) with items that cost less than your month's salary, and some accessories as the final touches.

Here's what I think you need for the classic Parisian look:
Jeans
2 options: to be trend-bound, a pair of flared jeans. To be safe: black and blue skinny jeans, preferably with those cut off ankles. Jeans are pretty much basics, the perfect fit is important.

Sweater weather
2 options: the striped casual sweater, or the cashmere grey oversized sweater. And if you can pull it off, make it a turtleneck.

Shoes
2 options: the simple black loafer, or the black ankle boot. Ofcourse the black ankle boot comes in many many different versions, so there is one for everyone!

Outerwear
2 options: the leather jacket (of course) or a camel trenchcoat.

What do you think about this look? I styled it for the 'Parisian look' sale at Westwing Home & Living. Go check it out, they have some pretty cool items for sale now!
